Recording and Transcription

We would like to inform our users that our system does not save recording and transcription features by default. This decision is rooted in the fact that these functions are not our core offering. Our primary focus is to provide a robust agent development platform and a versatile API. However, we can easily implement it if it is a must-have requirement.

Addressing Performance Issues

We sincerely apologize for any performance issues you may have encountered. Our team has identified and fixed a few potential problems that could impact performance. However, it is important to note that the performance of our platform is significantly dependent on the underlying Large Language Model (LLM) that powers it. By default, our system utilizes OpenAI’s LLM.

The performance of individual agents can vary greatly based on the backend LLM chosen by our customers. This is why the default agent is not configured to use the most advanced LLM available. Consequently, its responses may not always be optimal. We aim to provide a flexible platform where users can select and integrate the LLM that best suits their specific needs.

Zoom App Configuration

Our Zoom app is designed to provide seamless access to our agent development platform and API, rather than just a single demo agent. The performance of each agent will depend on the backend selected by the customer. Additionally, the audio post-processing settings in Zoom can significantly impact the agent’s performance.

We have discovered that our Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) model performs better when users select the "Original sound" audio profile in Zoom. To assist with this, we have updated our user instructions and added a detailed article about optimizing audio settings. We strongly recommend reviewing these updated guidelines to ensure the best possible performance from your agents.
